Application
1. Anti-platelet effect (1) Anti-platelet aggregation (2) Inhibition of platelet release response (3) Inhibition of platelet adhesion reaction Angelica is a cyclooxygenase inhibitor that inhibits platelet aggregation by reducing platelet TXA2 production, and aspirin Similar, but not as effective and as persistent as aspirin. However, Angelica can increase platelet cAMP levels, which is different from aspirin. Therefore, in vivo administration of the two drugs has no significant effect on the formation of PGI2 in the vascular wall, while aspirin has an inhibitory effect on the production of vascular PGI2. This may be related to the inhibition of platelet aggregation by the metabolism of AA and also by cAMP metabolism.
2. Antithrombotic effect (1) Antithrombotic effect Angelica sinensis injection has a significant inhibitory effect on arteriovenous bypass thrombosis in rats. (2) Anticoagulant effect Angelica has a mild anticoagulant effect.
