Natto freeze-dried powder is that, the solid fermented natto processed after low temperature freezing, sublimation drying in vacuum, crushed to powder.Vacuum freeze-drying is expensive but retains the biological activity of natto maximumly.
We applies a new technology of deep fermentation to produce natto freeze-dried powder. The contents of nattokinase and natto bacillus are greatly increased, the content of nattokinase reaches 20 000 FU / g, and the content of natto bacillus reaches 1 billion CFU/ g.
Natto kinase: We applies advanced equipment, the nattokinase is produced after fermentation, elution, natto bacillus inactivation, vacuum freeze-drying and other processes, the content of natto kinase has reached 26000 FU / g.
