What is Isomaltulose  ? 

Isomaltulose, a natural and new functional oligosaccharide, which is distilled from sugarcane and honey. It is white crystal powder, odorless with good sweet taste.  No dental caries, slower rate of hydrolysis than sucrose's and also can be capable of application in the clinical of parenteral diabetes or other diseases as an energy source. Besides, isomaltulose is a good substitute for special populations which should be carefully chose the sweetener.

Application

It can be used as a food additive (sweetener) in the modulation of milk, flavor fermented milk, frozen drinks (except edible ice), fruit canned, jam, candied fruit, candy, pastry, biscuits, bread, other miscellaneous grain products, beverages (except packaged drinking water), prepared wine, chocolate and chocolate products, cocoa products other than 05.01.01, chocolate with cocoa butter substitute and similar products, confectionery and chocolate coating, the filling of grain products, baked food fillings and slurry on the surface. The appropriate additive can be adjusted according to the production needs.
