What is L-Calcium Lactate  ?

White crystal powder, no odor, solubility is better than calcium lactate, insoluble in inorganic solvents, l-calcium lactate is l-calcium lactate, easily soluble in water (solubility is better than calcium lactate).When calcium is absorbed by the human body, l-lactic acid can regulate the microcirculation of the human body. Without the sour smell of dl-calcium lactate fermentation, l-lactic acid is more valuable than dl-calcium lactate.

Food use
L-calcium lactate is mainly used as food additive, supplement calcium deficiency in human body, bread, cakes and other buffering agents, leavening agents, calcium supplements.Widely used in food, beverage, medicine and other industries.According to the requirements of gb14880-94 and GB2760, the additive amount of nutritional fortifier should be used.
