Atazanavir is a nitrogen heteropeptide inhibitor of hiv-1 protease.This product selectively inhibits the specific processing of viral Gag and gag-pol proteins in hiv-1 infected cells, thereby blocking the formation of mature viruses.In vitro antiviral activity: the average 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of zanavir on a large number of laboratory-and clinically isolated hiv-1 virus strains transplanted in peripheral blood monocytes, macrophages, cem-ss cells and MT2 cells was 2 ~ 5nM without human serum.
