Function
Kojic acid has bactericidal and insect-resistant effects. It can be used as a preservative, fresh-keeping agent and color protection agent of food. It can replace chemical preservatives and is widely used in color protection of meat processing, fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables, sterilization and preservative of raw food, and can also be used as a preservative for cut flowers to extend the preservation and shelf life of flowers.

Application
Kojic acid has a strong inhibitory effect on human skin melanin production, and safe, non-toxic, will not cause white spot sequelae. Kojic acid combined with other preparations (such as SOD, placental extract, amino acid, sunscreen and various plant extracts, etc.) has a better effect.
