About Rotundine

Routundine, also known as Craniodine, L-tetrahydropalmatine, chemical name 2,3,9,10-tetramethoxy-5,8,13,13a-tetrahydro-6H-dibenzo[a , g] quinolizine, a left-handed substance of tetrahydropalmatine (dl-THP), is a blocker of dopamine receptors in the brain, and preferentially blocks brain regions such as cortex and striatum rich in dopamine receptors in the brain.
