Molecular Structure:

Lansoprazole has obvious inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion induced by basic gastric acid and all stimulants, and its inhibitory effect is superior to H2 receptor blocker. Oral administration of 30mg once can maintain the effect for 24 hours. It has mild to moderate inhibitory effect on pepsin. It can increase the secretion of serum gastrin. It can inhibit Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Although this product has no eradication effect on Hp, its combination with antibiotics can significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp. For duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, anastomotic ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (gastrinoma), etc.

Lansoprazole is a prescription medicine used to treat:
