Function
The enzymatic reaction of papain can hydrolyze large molecules of proteins in food into small molecules of peptides or amino acids that are easy to absorb. It is widely used in: Chicken, pig, cattle, seafood, blood products, soybeans, peanuts and other animal and plant protease hydrolysis, meat tenderizing agent, wine clarifying agent, biscuit loosening agent, noodle stabilizer, health food, soy sauce brewing and wine starter, can improve the nutritional value of food, but also reduce the cost.

Application
Papain is used in skin surgery in combination with urea and water-soluble chlorophyll to treat wound infection, clear bruising, cutting wounds, and ulcers on the surface of heat injuries. When used in low concentration in personal cleaning and hygiene products or skin care products, it is beneficial to remove protein dirt and aging tissue, and can accelerate the speed of skin change. It is used in a small amount in skin care cosmetics, and has a moisturizing effect on dry skin.
